1. Byala Beach EU Festival (The Festival, The Fest, The Event) is organized by the Municipality of Byala (the Organizer) under the Grant Agreement for Project: 101183736 – EUFestByala, co-funded by the European Union.
2. The Festival is dedicated to promote a healthy lifestyle through sports and balanced nutrition and to promote sport and physical activity as a tool for health.
3. The website www.byalabeachfest.eu is owned by the Municipality of Byala and it is created with the purpose to promote the event, support the participants and streamline the process for registration and cooperation.
4. All the information provided on the website is public, apart from personal data and contact details of participants.
5. The event is organized by the Municipality of Byala in partnership with 10 partners’ organisations from countries – EU members.
6. The registration for the Fest is limited to the partners’ organisations. The Organizer has reserved the right to invite other organizations.
7. By providing details through the registration functionalities of the website, the partners’ organizations agree to the Terms and Conditions, submit details to support their participation, cooperate, exchange information and communicate.
8. All the information provided will be used for the purposes of the event organization, partners’ needs and completing team data.
9. The Organizer will also create individual pages for the competitors to promote friendship, innovative communication and exchanging personal details, with explicit agreement given by the competitor.
