We are happy to share that the full Volunteer Information Package for EUFestByala is now available online. D1.2 Training pack for volunteers
The package contains all key documents prepared for volunteers, including:
- practical information and presentations about the Fest and volunteer roles,
- required declarations and forms,
- the Volunteer Ethical Code,
- guidance on values, behaviour, and responsibilities during Fest activities.
All volunteers who wish to join EUFestByala or future BeachSportsEUFest editions are kindly asked to read and familiarise themselves with these materials in advance. They are designed to support volunteers, ensure a shared understanding of our values, and guarantee a safe, inclusive, and well-organised Fest experience.
